Gift Certificate holders: choose Pre-Paid
for Item Selection/Payment/Shipping choices.
Payment
For Credit Card Payments, fill in form, submit and click on "Secure Site" button,
select your shipping choice and you will be
directed to a secure site to enter your card information.
For *Check or Money Order payments, send $20.00 plus selected shipping cost per Basket
with your name clearly printed on Check or Money Order.
Upon submission your order will be prepared and shipped immediately upon
receipt of payment.
